Everett Roach - CEO

Everett has over 22 years of sales, marketing, and product development experience with a number of leading semiconductor companies. Prior to joining cd3o in March, 2002, Everett was Vice President of Worldwide Sales at SiliconWave. He has also served in a variety of management-level sales and marketing positions at Tripath Technologies, National Semiconductor, Cyrix Corporation, Weitek and Intel Corporation. Everett has extensive sales experience domestically as well as having held international posts in Europe, Japan, and Hong Kong. Everett has a degree in Economics from the University of California at Davis.

Tom has worked in the field of VLSI, computers, and consumer electronics since 1975. He has designed numerous network, microprocessor and DSP based system products and integrated circuits. Following hitches with Texas Instruments, Commodore, and Atari, Tom went on to found Cyrix Corporation, a maker of x86 compatible processor chips, and, later, C-Port Corporation, pioneer of the integrated network processor. Tom brings start-up experience in networking, signal processing, semiconductors and consumer electronics to cd3o. Tom graduated from Yale University in 1976 with a degree in Musical Acoustics.

James has spent most of his thirteen-year career in the technology arena, primarily in startups, with focus in the areas of consumer electronics, software and wireless. His most recently held position was as Director of Marketing and Asia Sales at Mobility Network Systems, a provider of Public-Access Wireless LAN equipment for mobile operators. He held a variety of positions at Tripath Technologies, including Director of Automotive Audio, where he was responsible for automotive products, applications, technical pre-sales, technical and product marketing. He has worked as a software engineer, developing telecommunications software at SFIS. He developed speakerphones at Polycom as an engineer and project manager. James started his career at Bose Corporation, designing loudspeakers for OEM automotive applications. James has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
